Overview of Clean Life Sublease System

Clean Life conclude a master lease agreement with an apartment owner as a single tenant and pay a fixed guaranteed rent every month regardless of its vacancy rate. And then, Clean Life sublease the units to occupant tenants to get rental income.
(10-year agreement. The fixed guaranteed rent payment will be reviewed every 2 years.)

We can provide integrated services including finding new tenants, rent collection, complaint management, building maintenance, and unpaid rent collection in one stop.
